My Goals for last week were:

What I actually did:
It was another successful week.
I cut back on the ST this week and I took out my Saturday run.
I again did not get in a swim. However, my rearranged my schedule that I will be able to get the swims is starting next week. WOO HOO!
Although the swims will be at the crack of dawn and the weather will be freezing out, I will prevail!
